1) Printout of the online filled form should be submitted along with required document as mentioned in online registration form to the ‘School Admission Incharge’.
2) Kindly do collect your ‘Acknowledgement Slip’ from the Admission Incharge
3) Documents to be submitted along with the form during the school visit:-
i) Proof of Date of Birth.
ii) Proof of Single Parent (if applicable)
iii) Report Card of previous class(For admission in class I onwards)
iv) Transfer Certificate from previous school (For admission in class I onwards)
v) Certificate of category( If applicable)
vi) Proof of Residential Address(Passport/Aadhaar Card/Latest Electricity Bill/Rent Agreement/Voter ID Card)
vii) Aadhaar Card of Mother, Father & Child.
viii) Immunization Record of the child
ix) PAN card of Mother & Father
x) Medical fitness certificate of the child
4) For entry level admission, rules as notified by DOE for the session will be followed
5) Note:
i) Incomplete registration form will be rejected without any communication
ii) Submission of form does not guarantee admission.
iii) All communication will be done through Father’s/Mother’s mobile no. or email address submitted in the form.
iv) A form shall be treated as incomplete till the time Rs. 25 is successfully paid for the registration.
